If you have any problems with running extensions, concerns about the refund term, or support and installation service, please kindly contact us. If the extension fails to function properly due to a bug and our support team is unable to fix it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase. However, we stand behind our products and will assist the customer in solving problems first. Please contact us for getting a refund with your order details and give the reason why do you need a refund?
You must destroy all copies of the extension on your servers and in any place within a refund period. All licenses to use the extension will be immediately terminated. Any further use of the extension is an infringement of Avologic copyright and other intellectual property rights!
Refunds can only be issued if the extension does not work as described in our extension page and our support team can not fix your problem.
If you fall into one or more of the below, we’re sorry: you are NOT eligible for a Refund
- A refund is requested after the expiration of the 15-day period since the Product purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if the extension was purchased for evaluation purposes. Before purchasing any of our products, please read the product details and also check the DEMO very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.
- If you face any issues or conflicts with your website or theme, you must allow enough time and information to fix the issue, fail to provide such information and without your co-operation, it’s not possible to fix issues and in such case, a refund will not be possible.
- Fees for installation, design, and configuration, conflicts resolution, and customization services are not refundable.
- Refund is applicable for Paypal payments only.
- The item doesn’t work as described and you have never asked for help.
- A refund policy can be applied to commercial products except discounted and the sale of items.
